SciGuide is an electronic directory of foreign and Russian open access scientific resources on the Internet. The aim of the directory is to assist users to locate open access academic and scholarly content and to facilitate science communication for researchers and experts of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SB RAS). The directory is being developed jointly by the Branch and the Department of Collection Development and Acquisitions of the State Public Scientific Technical Library of SB RAS.

*Crossref (www.crossref.org)* An official Digital Object Identifier (DOI) Registration Agency of the International DOI Foundation. It is run by the Publishers International Linking Association Inc. (PILA) and was launched as a cooperative effort among publishers to enable persistent cross-publisher citation linking in online academic journals.
*Dissemin (dissem.in)*Dissemin is a web platform of CAPSH association gathering metadata from many sources and analyzing the full text availability of publications of researchers. It has been designed to foster the use of repositories, rather than preprints posted on personal homepages.Dissemin searches for copies of your papers in a large collection of open repositories and tells you which ones cannot be accessed. Dissemin detects papers behind pay-walls and invites their authors to upload them in one click to an open repository. The sources include all of the aggregated repositories in the world.
*Disseropedia of Russian Journals (dissernet.org)* A list of Russian journals taken from the extended list of the Higher Attestation Commission (including such bibliometric databases as AGRIS, RSCI WoS, Scopus and others) that show signs of unethical editorial policy.
*DocMe (docme.su/)  ► A document publishing service similar to popular services of video materials publishing. It is free for online publishing, converting, storing, downloading, exchanging and selling documents. The project was launched in 2009.
*Publications (www.mdpi.com/journal/publications)*An international peer-reviewed open access journal on scholarly publishing published quarterly online by MDPI. Indexed in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI - Web of Science), Scopus from Vol. 5 (2017) and other databases.
*Publishers Weekly (www.publishersweekly.com)*International Book & Bookselling News, Reviews, Bestsellers.
*Publons (publons.com)*A commercial website that provides a free service for academics to track, verify, and showcase their peer review and editorial contributions for academic journals. It was launched in 2012 and by 2018 more than 500,000 researchers have joined the site, adding more than one million reviews across 25,000 journals. Publons' mission is to "speed up science by harnessing the power of peer review". Publons claims that by turning peer review into a measurable research output, academics can use their review and editorial record as evidence of their standing and influence in their field. Publons is now part of Clarivate Analytics.
*Researcher Academy (Elsevier) (/researcheracademy.elsevier.com)* Researcher Academy provides free access to countless e-learning resources designed to support researchers on every step of their research journey. Here, you'll learn how to obtain funding for your research and manage research data. Improve your writing skills and publish a research.
*RoMEO (www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo/index.php)* Journal that tells about new books, publishers; it offers peer reviews, interviews with the authors and so on.
*ScienceOpen (www.scienceopen.com)*A three-function research network: open access publishing house, to make the content aggregation of open access publishers at an own publishing platform, to rate scholarly articles.
*SHERPA (www.sherpa.ac.uk)*A consortium of organizations of the UK. It is developing open-access institutional repositories in universities to facilitate the rapid and efficient worldwide dissemination of research.
