Academician Ryenad Zinnurovich Sagdyeyev is the large expert in the field of chemical radiospectroscopy and research of an elementary act of chemical reactions, director of International tomography centre of SB RAS, the winner of Lenin and State prizes.

He has worked out a new trend in the field of physical chemistry that is related to the influence of electronic and nuclear spins on radical chemical reactions. The most important results of this research consist in discovery and thorough study of two new phenomena, namely, the influence of a constant magnetic field on radical reactions in solutions and a magnetic isotope effect.

Pioneer works of R.Z.Sagdeev into chemical polarization of nuclei in gases and CPN in weak magnetic fields have gained wide popularity. R.Z.Sagdeev has suggested and developed a series of radically new high-sensitivity methods to study active intermediate particles in chemical reactions.

The electronic resource that is devoted to his life and work is made up of the biobibliographic index, the contents of monographs and the collection of full texts of some works of the scientist and publications about him.

The biobibliographic index covers proceedings, editorial works, certificates of authorship on the inventions and patents, publicistic articles, and the literature on the scientist.

The founders of the resource express their thanks to the collaborators of the library of International tomography centre of SB RAS for their help in working on the index of works of R.Z.Sagdeev.

Catalogues, stocks, and electronic resources of SPSL SB RAS (including the databases "Novosibirsk scientific-and-educational complex" and "the Science in Siberia and in the Far East") and the library of ITC SB RAS together with the Internet resources have been used during our work on the biobibliography.

The materials of the index are arranged chronologically in two basic sections: "Index of R.Z.Sagdeev's works" and "Literature on his life and work".
