Academician Vladimir Elifer'yevich Nakoryakov is the winner of the State premiums of the USSR and RSFSR, an outstanding scientist with the world-famous name in the field of thermophysics and physical hydrodynamics.
His activity is integrally connected with the Siberian branch of the Russian academy of science where he was the vice-president of the Siberian branch of RAS, director of the Institute of thermophysics of SB RAS. As of now, V.E.Nakoryakov conducts the research into hydrogen power industry and mathematical problems of economy; he supervises over the development and production of thermal pumps and apparatuses for the new type of agriculture.
V.E.Nakoryakov's would give and gives significant time to the preparation of highly skilled scientific personnel; he was the rector of NSU; for a long time, he headed sub-faculties in Novosibirsk state university and Novosibirsk electrotechnical institute. His disciples and followers include 2 corresponding members of RAS, 45 doctors and more than 250 candidates of sciences.
The electronic resource that is devoted to the life and work of academician N.E.Nakoryakov is composed of a biobibliographic index, tables of contents for monographs and collection issues, full texts of certain works of the scientist and publications about him.
Biobibliographic index reflects his learned works, editorial works, certificates of authorship for the inventions and patents, publicistic articles, and public speeches, as well as the literature on the scientist.
N.E.Nakoryakov's biobibliography has been compiled by G.KH.Sadovnikova, the leading librarian of the S.S.Kutateladze Institute of thermophysics of SB RAS.
In our work on the biobibliography, the use has been made of catalogues, stocks, and electronic resources of the State Public Scientific Technical Library of SB RAS (including the databases "Scientific-and-educational complex of Novosibirsk" and "Science in Siberia and in the Far East") and the library of the S.S.Kutateladze Institute of thermophysics of SB RAS, as well as the Internet resources.
Materials of the index are arranged chronologically in two basic sections: "Index of works" and "the Literature on his life and work".
