BIOBIBLIOGRAPHY OF ACADEMICIAN A.P.DEREVYANKO*INDEX OF WORKS
 

Academician Anatoly Panteleevich Derevyanko is an outstanding Soviet and Russian historian, archeologist, a professional on paleolith of Siberia and the Far East.

A.P.Derevyanko has made a significant contribution to international paleolith science. He has developed a new time-space version of the ways that ancient human beings moved and settled Asia. He created a periodization, chronology, and dynamics of the Paleolithic industries in the region. He discovered and studied dozens of archeological objects, several of which became reference artifacts for various epochs and cultures in a wide chronological range from paleolith to the Iron Age (the settlement of Novopetrovka, Kukyelyevo, man site at Syelyemdzha river, etc.). The initiator and the head of the program on complex studying of cave paleolithic artifacts of of Southern Siberia and the Central Asia. During a long-term work of Soviet(Russian)-Mongolian complex historical and cultural expedition under his guide, about thousand sites had been discovered and studied, among which a series of multilayered and well stratified monuments of the Stone Age.

A.P.Derevyanko is the great organizer and coordinator of humanitarian research in Russia and the adjacent countries. He founded an international research site «Denisova Cave» (Altai).

Anatoly Panteleevich is actively implementing a model for integration of academic and high school science in the institute by creating joint archeology laboratories with the universities of Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, and other cities.

A.P.Derevyanko is the supervisor of studies for nearly 50 candidate theses and the scientific adviser of 15 theses for doctor's degree.

He is the author of more than 1000 publications (including more than 100 monographs). Several of his works are published in 15 foreign languages.

The biobibliographic index reflects learned works, editorial works, publicistic articles that cover a period from 1964 to 2016, as well as the literature on the scientist.

In this work we used the biobibliographic index «Academician Anatolii Pantyelyeyevich Dyeryevyanko» that had been prepared and published in the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of SB RAS by V.I.Molodin, M.V.Shunkov, and N.M.Shahmatova in 2013 as well as catalogues, stocks, and electronic resources of SPSL SB RAS. The search was performed also with abstract magazines, the Annals of journal articles, the Book annals, and the Annals of newspaper articles. Databases ScopusWeb of Science, electronic catalogues, and databases of great Russian and foreign libraries have been used. The materials of the index are arranged chronologically in two basic branches: «Index of works of A.P.Dyeryevyanko» i «Literature on his life and work».
